Recieved multiple calls a day from their number. Voicemails stated Robert? with Heartland Homes wanted to talk about my property. I never initiated contact with them, nor do I own property. He was calling about my parents home which they had already sold with another realtor. Unsure how he got my number and why he felt the need to continue calling when I never expressed interest.

The hardest transaction that I have ever had to be apart of was the selling the home of my deceased parents. Despite this emotional roller coaster, it was the expertise of Jason and his team that made it seamless and expeditious. They were understanding of the circumstances and compassionate in their interactions with us. Their professionalism and advice allowed me and my siblings to clean out, prepare, put on market, and sale the house for a profit, all within 7 days. There is no other team of professionals that I would trust with such a sensitive and emotionally charged transaction. They will continue to have my family’s utmost respect and business. Be Blessed.

Nic Helm helped us purchase our first rental property in Kansas City, MO. We are not local to KCMO, so this entire process was done remotely. The experience I had with Jason and his team was my first time selling a home. I was clueless and quite anxious about the process. Heartland Homes KC I definitely give five stars, and If i had to sum up my experience in one word, i would use the word "AWESOME". I cannot say it enough that Meagan Kang at Heartland Homes is the only person you should be working with if your buying a house! My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers and new to KC and we went to her with a great recommendation and she exceeded all of our expectations. Being first time home buyers, we had A LOT of questions and of course we were supper nervous about making such a big purchase. Meagan not only simplified everything for us but made the whole experience supper fun - which buying a house should be!! She also had the best referrals for everyone else that helped us out in the process. The lender, the security referrals, everyone that was involved really made this an amazing experience for us! When we decided to list our house, we were looking for someone that would actually listen to our concerns in selling as well as purchasing a new home that better suited our needs. We wanted someone very familiar with numerous geographical areas of Kansas City and its surrounding suburbs. We also wanted someone who recognized what we wanted and could help us determine what type of home we were looking for. Jason marketed the home we were selling with an expertise that gave us quick results. Once our home was under contract, he made himself available to us at every opportunity and showed us a variety of homes in various areas of the city until we found the home we wanted to purchase. We found him to be excellent at negotiating the terms of both contracts. He was very helpful in pointing out things that might need to be addressed as well as pointing out the potential costs involved so we could make an informed decision, and even put us in touch with a construction company he had worked with to take care of the renovations we wanted done. Throughout the entire process, he was cordial and friendly and followed thru on promises. His office staff was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. We have worked with many realtors over the years (buying and selling seven houses) and this was one of the smoothest experiences in what could be a very stressful process. NIc performed a tremendous service to us in handling the purchase of our property. He was able to show us various other homes and point out the issues we should be aware of. This made our decision a lot easier when making our current purchase. He has even followed up with us after the purchase to make sure that all the little things that needed to be done were completed.
