I was connected with Jana through an extended family member, and I'm so thankful I was! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process of buying my first home. She was incredibly patient with both me and my parents (who were along for the journey too) and always had my best interests at heart. Once my offer was accepted, we ran into several unexpected bumps in the road, but Jana helped me confidently navigate every decision and kept us focused on getting the best possible outcome. She was proactive, thorough, and an excellent communicator, so I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next. When Jana couldn't make it to a sewer inspection, Jason met me at the house so I wouldn't have to navigate it alone. Having someone there who understood the inspection and could explain everything gave me so much peace of mind. One thing that really stood out to me was how she handled something that wasn't even part of her job. I wanted to replace the carpet with LVP that matched the existing flooring in the house, so Jana tracked down where the seller thought it had been purchased, took a sample from the house to the store, found the exact match, and sent me all the information. That took one more thing off my plate after closing that I was going to have to figure out on my own. She absolutely didn't have to do any of that, but she did, and that level of thoughtfulness and going the extra mile meant so much to me. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me through such a big milestone. I would recommend Jana to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile.
